POLICE are warning drivers in south Belfast that creeper burglars are on the loose.

The PSNI say that vehicle thefts in the south of the city district continue to be a concern.

Said a spokesperson: “Between the 11th of January and 3rd of February there were four Audi vehicles stolen.

“Three of these were taken from South Belfast and only one has been recovered.

“Keys have been taken during creeper burglaries and also fishing the keys out of the hall as you can see in the picture below.

“Please don’t leave your keys visible in the hall where they can be fished out and always lock and secure all windows and doors to prevent this from happening to you.”
