POLICE area appealing for information about two burglaries in south Belfast.
A spokesperson said: “At around 8.35 am yesterday (Tuesday 20th January) we received a report of a burglary from a business premises in the Sunnyside Street area of South Belfast.
“Tools were stolen but were recovered nearby.
“Then at 12 noon we received a report of a burglary from the Fairway Avenue area of South Belfast.
“A boiler was taken from the address and a white Ford Transit van was seen leaving the property with 3 males inside.
