EXCLUSIVE: PSNI headquarters in east Belfast has gone into lock down for a second time in a week.
Belfast Daily can reveal that a suspicious package has been intercepted in the mail room at Brooklyn on the Knock Road within the past half hour.
Army Technical Officers from Palace Barracks in Holywood, Co Down have been tasked to the scene.
The gates to the PSNI headquarters have now been shut and no access is being granted.
Last week a viable device was sent to PSNI Chief Constable George Hamilton in the same premises.
It was defused by the ATO.
There are no more details at present.
