Man robbed of phone and wallet at knife point in Belfast City Cemetery

POLICE are appealing for information over a knife point robbery in west Belfast.

Constable Hanson says: “A male reported that he was walking through Belfast City Cemetery, Falls Road, Belfast at approximately 10.30pm on Saturday 03 January.

“He was approached by two hooded males.

“One of these males produced a knife and demanded the victim’s phone and wallet, which he then handed over.

“We would appeal to anyone who may have information relating to this incident to contact police in Woodbourne Police Station on 101.”
