POLICE are investigating after a man in his 20s was taken to hospital with serious injuries after he was knocked down by a lorry.
The collision happened at 2.30 pm on Friday on Main Street, Donaghamore, Co Tyrone.
The pedestrian has been taken to hospital to be treated for injuries described as serious.
Inspector Keith Jamieson is appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to contact police in Dungannon on the non-emergency number 101.
Main Street is currently closed while an investigation takes place and local diversions are in place.
