BREAKING NEWS….THREE CHILDREN AND ADULT INJURED IN TWO VEHICLE CRASH

Breaking newsPOLICE are investigating after three children and one adult have been taken to hospital after a crash.

The accident happened this morning around 8.30 am between Omagh and Drumquin.

The PSNI say two cars were involved in the smash on the Gillygooley Road, not far from the local primary school.

It is believed none of the injuries are being treated as life threatening and the incident has not been classed as ‘serious’ by emergency services.

Three ambulances, one rapid response paramedic and one ambulance officer attended the scene along with police and fire crews.

The adult and three children were understood to have been treated at the scene for chest and lower leg injuries before being taken to the South West Acute Hospital in Enniskillen and the Minor Injuries Unit in Omagh.

Diversions have been set-up directing traffic off the Gillygooley Road while a PSNI Collision Investigation Unit examine the scene determine the cause.
