POLICE have praised a neighbourhood team and the PSNI’s dog section for nabbing a couple of crooks.

A spokesman for Finaghy PSNI said: “Thanks to our doggie colleagues who managed to catch and hold on to a couple of males allegedly stealing items from Creightons yard last night.

“These two males were subsequently arrested. Something tells me they will think twice about doing that again.”
