DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Terrorist Investigation Unit have arrested a man from north Belfast.
He was detained as part of an investigation into dissident republican terrorism.
The 23-year-old was arrested in the city earlier today.
Det Supt Kevin Geddes, from the PSNI’s TIU, said the man has been taken to the serious crime suite at Antrim police station for questioning.
He can be detained for up to 48 hours under the Terrorism Act.
