TWO men are to appear in court charged in connection with the discovery of cannabis plants worth up to £1m.

The discovery was made at a house in Church Street, Portadown, on Wednesday.

The men, aged 21 and 36, are charged with six offences including cultivating cannabis and supplying a class B controlled drug.

They are due to appear at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Friday for a first remand hearing
