THREE ARRESTED AFTER BELFAST CITY CENTRE FIGHT

Police scenePOLICE say they made a number of arrests following a fight in Belfast city centre in the early hours of this morning.

The PSNI say that at around 2.30am this morning officers received a report of a large fight taking place outside the McDonalds in Donegall Place.

“Our officers turned up and 3 males were arrested for a range of crimes. 2 males also had to be taken to hospital for treatment,” said a spokesman.

“A 20 year old was arrested and charged for grievous bodily harm.

“Another 20 year old was arrested under suspicion of committing assault occasioning grievous bodily harm and a 23 year old was arrested under suspicion of committing common assault. T

“They were both released on bail pending further enquiries.
