It was discovered in the Gables area of Portaferry, Co Down.
A number of plants with an estimated street value of £10,000 were recovered by officers from the Crime Team during a planned search of a property in the area on Thursday, October 2nd.
Other paraphernalia, including a grow tent, was also recovered.
Commenting on the seizure, Constable Jonathan McPeak said: “Drugs misuse is an issue of concern to all communities and local police are continuing to work hard to tackle the issue of drug supply and distribution in this area.
“I am glad we have taken these plants out of circulation and would continue to encourage the community to work with us. If you have any information on the illegal sale or use of drugs in your area please call Police on the non-emergency number 101.
