DETECTIVES have arrested four teenagers after a creeper burglary in south Belfast last night.
The PSNI say that on Sunday, September 28, officers received a report of a burglary in the Ava Avenue area of south Belfast.
A car had been taken during the incident. The registration of the car was circulated to police across Belfast.
The car was later spotted on the Whiterock Road.
A spokesman said: “The police helicopter was tasked to follow the car. The car crashed at Hillman Street.
“Officers arrested four people – a 13 year old, a 15 year old, a 16 year old and a 17 year old on suspicion of aggravated taking and driving away and on suspicion of burglary.
“The 16 year old was also arrested for possession of Class B Drugs.”
