Police arrest man over discovery of cannabis factory

POLICE in west Belfast have arrested a 23 year old man over the discovery of a cannabis factory.

He was held on suspicion of Cultivating Cannabis and Possession of Class C Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply.

And he was quizzed about preventing an NIE meter from registering electricity on Tuesday, 23rd September.

Speaking of the arrest, Inspector Mike White, Woodbourne Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “The man has been released on police bail, pending further inquiries.”
