COPS PROBE SOUTH BELFAST ARSON ATTACK

musgrave psniPOLICE are appealing for information following a fire at a property in the Holylands district of south Belfast.

The arson attack happened last Thursday, September 18.

Detective Chief Inspector Colin Gillis said:

“The fire was reported shortly after 11.30 pm and attended by Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and the PSNI.

“Entry had been forced to the rear of the property and it is believed the fire was started deliberately.

“Significant damage has been caused to this property which was empty.

“Any person who may have witnessed suspicious activity in this area or who may have information relating to the incident is asked to contact Detectives at Musgrave Police Station on 101.”
