Detectives in Strabane investigate security alert

POLICE have evacuated a number of homes over a security alert.

PSNI Inspector Leslie Craig said police were in attendance at Innisfree Gardens in Strabane, Co Tyrone, following the discovery of a “suspicious object” in the garden of a house.
