TWO MEN DIE AS CAR COLLIDES WITH TRACTOR

POLICE ACCIDENT 2NORTHERN Ireland’s roads have claimed two more victims this weekend.

The PSNI say two males, aged 24, were killed following a two-vehicle crash in Co Antrim on Friday evening.

They among three men in a grey Fiat Punto car which was in collision with a John Deery tractor on the Ballyconnolly Road in Cullybackey shortly after 8.15 pm.

A third male aged 21 sustained head injuries in the collision and was rushed to hospital by paramedics.

However, it is not thought his injuries are life threatening.

The driver of the tractor was treated at the scene and his injuries were described as not serious.

A police spokesman said: “Officers from the PSNI’s Collision Investigation Unit are keen to hear from any witnesses to contact them on the non-emergency 101 number.”
