DETECTIVES are questioning a teenage following a burglary in north Belfast.

The burglary happened in the Fairfax court area of Belfast on the morning of Monday, 7th July.

During follow up inquiries, police have arrested an 18 year old male in Carrickfergus on suspicion of aggravated burglary with intent to steal and possession of an offensive weapon.

The man is currently helping police with their enquiries.
