POLICE are appealing for information following a race hate assault on three males aged 20, 21 and 24 around 3 am this morning on the Queens Bridge, Belfast.

A 22 year old man was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault.

He was later released on bail pending further poice enquiries.

Police would ask anyone who may have witnessed this incident or anyone who has information to contact them at Musgrave on the non emergency number 101.
