POLICE have recovered a number of suspected cannabis plants and arrested a man in his 30’s.

It follows the search of a property in the Ballyvennaght Road area of Ballycastle on Tuesday 24th June.

The man was arrested on suspicion of possession of class B drugs and possession with intent to supply class B drugs and being concerned in the cultivation of drugs.

He is currently in custody helping police with their enquiries.
