DETECTIVES from the PSNI’S Serious Crime Branch have launched a murder investigation following the death of a 32 -year old woman.

Her body was found at a house in the Centuripe Avenue area of Ballymena in the early hours of this morning, Sunday, 15 June.

A 41 year old man has been arrested and taken to Ballymena PSNI Station for questioning.

Police are carrying out door-to-door enquiries in the area.

There are no further details at this stage.
