DETECTIVES in Musgrave CID are appealing for information following a stabbing incident in the Madrid Street area of Belfast today.

Around 3.35 pm police received a report that a man had sustained a number of stab wounds. He has been taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries.

Detectives would ask anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who has any information to contact them at Musgrave on the non emergency number 101.
