YOUTHS RELEASED OVER RACE HATE ATTACK IN EAST BELFAST

Ardmore PSNI stationPOLICE have released two teenagers who were arrested in connection with a criminal damage incident in Foxglove Street, east Belfast, on Friday, May 23

A window in the property was smashed in the property but no one was home at the time.

The pair – aged 15 and 18 -have been released on police bail pending further enquiries by officers from Operation Reiner which the PSNI set up to probe race hate attacks across Belfast.

Police continue to appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone with any information to contact them at Musgrave Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, option 2.
