It follows a report of criminal damage being caused to a house in the Linford Green area of Whiteabbey, Newtownabbey in the early hours of this morning.
Around 2.10 am police received a report that a window had been broken.
The house is occupied by Jamaican mother-of-three Kerry-Ann Brown who has lived in the house for a year.
She says she now fears for her family following second race hate attack in ten months.
In the first incident racist graffiti was daubed outside the front of the house.
