DETECTIVES at Woodbourne are appealing for information after a report of an assault in the Carnanmore Park area of West Belfast last night, Tuesday, April 1.

At approximately 9.45 pm, it was reported that a 20 year old male was assaulted in the area.

He sustained two broken legs and serious facial injuries and was treated at a nearby hospital.

His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
