POLICE are investigating after a 63-year-old pedestrian died after a collision with a car on Thursday morning.

The PSNI say the incident happened on the Monaghan Road in Aughnacloy, Co Tyrone shortly before 10.25 am.

A 51-year-old man has been arrested for a number of motoring offences.
