THE PSNI has issued a warning to the public on Tuesday night not to touch or approach suspicious objects.

Detectives from the PSNI’s south region Serious Crime Branch issued the warning after receiving a report that something may have been left in Crossmaglen, south Armagh

A number of searches have been carried out but so far nothing has been found.

The police say members of the public who notice a suspicious object is to contact police immediately on 0845 600 8000.
