DETECTIVES are appealing for information over a ‘creeper’ burglary.

They say that some time between 2.30 am and 3.30 am yesterday morning a house in Prehen Park, Waterside, Derry/Londonderry was entered.

While the family slept upstairs, a Samsung Galaxy Tablet, a “My Little Pony Castle'”which was still in its original packaging and a grey Ford Focus, registration number WG06 WMY, were stolen.

The Ford Focus was found burned out at 8.20 pm that evening at Ederowen Park in the Galliagh area.

Detectives would ask anyone who may have seen the Ford Focus between 2.30 am and 8.20 pm or anyone who has any information to contact them at Strand Road on 0845 600 8000.
