Pollce seize £500,000 worth of cannabis plants in Co Down on Friday

DETECTIVES are questioning two people following the discovery of £500,000 of cannabis plants.

The haul was seized during a planned search by officers from the PSNI’s Organised Crime Branch of a property in Main Street, Greyabbey, Co Down on Friday afternoon.

A man and woman were arrested and are being questioned a PSNI station about the haul.

On Thursday, officers seized £20,000 worth of cannabis plants and arrested a man following a search of a house in west Belfast.
