Detectives arrest two men and two men over attempted hijacking

DETECTIVES have arrested four people over a suspected car hijacking bid.

Two men – aged 18 and 23 – and two women – aged 18 and 24 – were arrested Derry on Saturday.

It follows reports of the attempted vehicle hijacking in the Trench Road of the city.

All four are in custody at Strand Road police being quizzed.
