DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch are warning the public to be cautious.
It follows a number of reports to police of a suspicious device being left in the village of Cullyhanna, south Armagh.
As a result, the Serious Crime Branch has launched an investigation into the claims.
However, detectives have warned the public to be vigilant about anything suspicious they come across and immediately alert police of its whereabouts.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police would urge anyone who comes across anything out of the ordinary in the area to maintain a safe distance and report it immediately.”
