Man and woman released by PSNI over dissident terror activity probe in Derry

DETECTIVES have released unconditionally a man and woman arrested over an investigation into dissident republican activity.

The 44-year-old man, and woman, aged 43, were detained in the Marlborough Avenue area of Derry on Monday by officers from the PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch.

Searches were also conducted in the area by police.

However, it is not known if anything was recovered.
