Police appeal after woman killed by car in Omagh

AN 84-year-old woman has died after she was hit by a car in Omagh, Co Tyrone.

The collision happened on the Old Mountfield Road close to the entrance of Grange Park late on Friday morning.

Police have appealed to anyone who was in the area and witnessed the accident to contact them in Omagh on 0845 600 8000.
