The plants were discovered last Wednesday by a member of the public at a vacant farm property on the Moneybroom Road.
Equipment including lighting and irrigation used in the cultivation of cannabis was also found.
The PSNI have urged the owners of vacant properties of any description to check them regularly to lessen the chance of buildings being used for criminal enterprise.
Landlords and neighbours are also asked to report anything out of the ordinary or suspicious at any empty building to the PSNI on 0845 600 8000 or ring confidentially the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555111.
