Security alert in Co Fermanagh on Tuesday morning

THE PSNI say there is a security alert in Co Fermanagh on Tuesday morning.

The Stragowna Road which runs from Kinawley to the Derrylin Road is closed as is the Drumroosk Road due to the alert.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area and take an alternative route.

Army technical officers have been tasked to the scene.

The alert comes less than four weeks before the G8 summit is due to be held in Co Fermanagh.
