Police probe north Belfast punishment shooting

AN 18-year-old man is being treated in hospital after he was injured in A paramilitary-style shooting in north Belfast.

A gang of masked men stormed a house in Manor Close and shot the man in each leg at around 10.15pm on Thursday.

The victim was brought to hospital for treatment to his injuries which are not life-threatening.

Police have asked anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or who has any information on the incident to contact them.
