TIME is running out for people to enter into the Northern Ireland Tourist Board’s (NITB) interactive photo competition – MyNI.

The online game aims to capture the best of Northern Ireland on camera with a luxury guided trip on offer for the overall winner as the closing date looms in two weeks time.

This includes an overnight stay in the five-star Merchant Hotel, a Rolls Royce chauffeur for an afternoon in Belfast, a guided tour of the Causeway Coastal Route and a two day break in the Walled City of Derry.

To date more than 1,500 users have uploaded their photos of everything from their favourite Ulster Fry to a day in the park and to the stunning waterways of Fermanagh.

The game asks users to complete a series of innovative tasks by taking photographs of special places, fun challenges or unique one chance moments and uploading them online.

Other prizes on offer include overnight stays, meals out and passes into attractions.

All entrants taking part will be put on a leaderboard and a winner will be selected from the top participants on May 9, who will be awarded the luxury guided trip around Northern Ireland

Social and Digital Marketing Manager of NITB, Kathryn Pyper, is encouraging everyone to take this last opportunity to play the game.

“We are delighted with the number of people that have entered the game so far and it is great to see so many people discovering Northern Ireland and capturing its beauty through the camera lens,” said Kathryn.

“We have had some fantastic entries from families enjoying the chance to get out and about to budding photographers submitting stunning scenery shots,” she said.

“It’s not too late to enter and there are some great prizes up for grabs. Anyone can take part and it doesn’t matter if you take the photo on your digital camera or mobile phone, it’s all about capturing special places and enjoying new experiences,” she added.
