Man due in Belfast Magistrates Court on £50,000 Methedrone offences

DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Organised Crime Branch have charged a 45-year-old man over a drug find almost three months ago.

He is accused of attempted possession of a class B controlled drug and attempted possession of a class B controlled drug with intent to supply.

He is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court on Wednesday, May 1.

It’s understood the charges relate to the seizure of approximately £50,000 of suspected Methedrone in the Mallusk area on February 13, 2013.
