Police charge man over weekend aggravated house burglary

DETECTIVES have charged a 26-year-old man over an aggravated house burglary.

According to the PSNI, the incident happened on Friday shortly after 11.20pm in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh.

Three men are reported to have forced their way into a property in the Pound Street area and attacked a man inside.

The 26-year-old is due to appear at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with aggravated burglary with intent to steal and false imprisonment.

Two other men were arrested over the attack.

A 19-year-old has since been released on police bail.

A 23-year-old has been released unconditionally.
