A MAN has been convicted of fishing by unlicensed and unfair means and hit with fines totalling almost £200. 

Malachy Dillon of Church Place, Keady, was fined £50 with costs of £100 when he appeared at Armagh Magistrates’ Court on Friday.

He was also ordered to pay court costs of £29 and an offender levy of £15.
