Police and paramedics at the scene of a bus crash in Lisburn on Saturday

ELEVEN people have been injured after a double decker bus crashed near Lisburn, Co Antrim

It is understood that the bus was carrying guests to a wedding when the accident happened.

The accident happened on the Ballynahinch Road shortly after 4pm on Saturday.

Ambulances, paramedics and other emergency services are at the scene.

It is believd the 11 people who have been hurt sustained minor injuries.

The NI Ambulance Service says all the injured have been taken to hospital for treatment.
