DETECTIVES investigating a flat fire in west Belfast are treating it as suspected arson.
The ground floor flat in Corrib Avenue was empty when the blaze broke out at 3.55 am on Saturday.
The PSNI said officers believe there was a forced entry and the building set alight.
Firefighters were called to the scene and the fire was put out but extensive damage was caused.
