DETECTIVES have charged a man and a woman with stealing more than £1,500 worth of fuel from stations across Northern Ireland.
The pair are accused of committing 25 offences associated between last March and January 2013.
Police said the ‘bilking’ incidents – where a driver fills a vehicle up and makes no attempt to pay – happened in Co Antrim and Co Down.
The 26-year-old woman and 25-year-old man are due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates Court on 25 February.
As is normal procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
