FOUR people have been taken to hospital following a two-car collision in Co Antrim.

Police dealing with two car collision in Newtownabbey

The accident involved a police car and another car in Glenville Road, Newtownabbey on Friday evening.

The PSNI said one person had to be cut free from one of the vehicles by fire crews.

Motorists have been advised to take seek another route and avoid Newtownabbey’s Shore Road.
