MAN’S CAR HIJACKED AT KNIFE POINT IN NORTH BELFAST

Police investigage knife point hijacking

POLICE are investigating a knife-point hijacking in north Belfast.

The man had stopped his car at the junction of Gardiner Street and Peter’s Hill at about 6pm on Saturday when two men approached him and opened his door.

The driver was then pulled from the car and the men drove off.

Around 20 minutes later the car was found in the Whitehouse area of Newtownabbey.
