Teenage girl raped near Maysfield leisure centre

A TEENAGE girl was raped by two men dressed in Hallowe’en fancy dress outfits close to Belfast city centre, police have revealed.

The alleged attack happened some time between 6pm and 9pm on Hallowe’en night, Wednesday, October 31, near the empty Maysfield leisure centre.

Police have appealed for information in tracking down the rapists.

The first man was wearing black and white striped trousers with a blazer and a white top hat.

His accomplice was wearing a black suit with a black shirt and is described as being in his late teens, of slim build with brown eyes and short brown hair.

Police want anyone who saw two men matching the descriptions in the East Bridge Street area, or who has any other information, to contact them or ring Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555 111
