Detectives are appealing for information following a reported burglary in north Belfast on Tuesday, January 27.
Detective Sergeant Faulkner said: “We believe that the burglary, in the Hogarth Street area, occurred between 6.45pm and 9pm, when the house was unoccupied.
“Entry was gained through a window at the rear of the property, and a sum of cash was stolen.
“Our enquiries are ongoing and we would appeal to anyone who noticed anything suspicious in the area to contact us on 101, quoting reference 1823 27/01/26.
“We would also ask local residents to check their CCTV or doorbell footage.”
