Belfast International Airport, member of the VINCI Airports network, is holding its first recruitment fair of 2026 to resource and support growth as it heads into a busy summer season.

The Recruitment Fair will take place on Saturday 31st January at Belfast’s Voco Hotel in the Gasworks area of Belfast from 11am to 3pm.

Teams from the Airport and associated partner companies including, Swissport, Wilson James, Mount Charles, Airport Taxi company, Pret and Mitie will be on hand to discuss roles, salaries and benefits and to support candidates through the application process.

More than 100 full time, part time and seasonal roles are currently available across areas such as ground handling, security, retail, driving and catering.

This recruitment drive supports the Airport’s £100million investment programme. Phase one, comprising the new security building, arrivals exit hall and duty-free experience has been completed.

The next phase is focused on the airside Departures by transforming the food and beverage offer and introducing a broader range of outlets to better serve passengers.

Jaclyn Coulter, Human Resources Manager at Belfast International Airport says: “In order to support our wider transformation programme our airport partners are looking for a wide variety of roles available with attractive salaries and benefits.

Attendees are encouraged to come along on the day where staff and recruitment partners will be available to answer questions and provide guidance.
