Two people have been charged with the murder of Barry Furfey in Lisburn.

A 37-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman are due to appear before Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday for a first remand hearing.

Mr Furfey, who was 42, was found with serious injuries at an apartment building on the Wardsborough Road on Monday morning.

He was treated at the scene and taken to hospital where he later died.
