Man to face Coleraine court over stab murder
A 51-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Inayat Shah in Ballymena on Saturday.
He is expected to appear before Coleraine Magistrates’ Court today, Monday, March 23, for a first remand hearing.
Mr Shah died from injuries he received during an attack on the Galgorm Road.
A 36-year-old man was also taken to hospital for injuries not thought to be life-threatening.
Detectives from the PSNI’s Major Investigation Team have called for anyone in the area at the time to come forward with their information.
