A woman is being treated in hospital after she was struck by a car in south Belfast.
The accident happened on Sunday night around 10.20 pm on the Lisburn Road close to near its junction with Tates Avenue.
The injured woman, who was hit by a Renault Megane Scenic, was taken by paramedics to hospital but her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The road was closed in both directions for several hours as police examined the scene.
The road later reopened to all traffic.
